Both Sheridan and Fiona were very knowledgeable and really helped me choose the right fabrics and design. We had actually already placed our order online and went into store for some additional cushions, but we ended up cancelling our online order and starting the process again in store as didn't realise how flexible you could be with the design.
I didn't enjoy my visit to the Kingston store as I felt the staff were pushy and cold, completely different in Stanway, Fiona and Sheridan were helpful and answered all of my questions, but let me get on with browsing without making me feel under pressure to buy anything. There was No pressure for me to choose a fabric, or hassle, in making a choice of design or style of Sofa and chair.
I have now taken delivery of the items, they are really well made and look
amazing. Thank you to all the staff who helped me !
